ive been making a lot of red velvet cakes recently and the recipe requires a lot of red cake gel. this large container is more expensive on purchase but is cheaper in the long term. Id definately buy again as the quality of the produce it great

Very concentrated.gives good red colour to fondant

This item came with partially broken seal but no visible leaks. Even though the lid appears stained with red colour. Not happy to use due to hygienic issues. Its not looks new.
