Best capsules for slowly introducing B12!!
This product is very good for people who have a histamine reaction to B12. These capsules are powder filled and all natural. I had unpleasant histamine reactions (heart palpitations and anxiety) towards B12, so what I did was cut a small hole inside one capsule and sprinkled it on to food in minuscule amounts (something that is harder to do with liquid supplement) and now I can almost tolerate half a capsule of this vitamin and my health has gone overall better too!!!Very good product!
