Great product. I have the soap, cream & lotion. I take a shower in the evening, use the soap with a loofa and if the itching is intense I’ll use the lotion afterwards. It’s a bit gritty so give yourself enough time for it to absorb into your skin before going to bed. I use the cream during the day if needed.I wouldn’t say the lotion or the cream smell good, but it’s not obnoxious and does dissipate. After it’s absorbed into my skin I follow up with a hydrating lotion/cream. Directing say to use a light product but I use Crepe Erase or Aveeno. Worth the price. I highly recommend.

Customer service is often an oxymoron today. Not with this manufacturer. I ordered this product for a mite infestation, but could not wait for it to arrive before I saw my doctor. He prescribed a heavy-duty medication to rid myself of the misery. It worked, and I no longer needed the product. Although the product could not be returned, I received a full refund. That's customer service!
