Nature's Aid Glucosamine 500mg, MSM 500mg + Chondroitin 100mg 180 Tablets

HVe been taking these for a week or so..no side effects.so far good..only time will tell if is effective or not

As the my usual glucosamine chondroitin tablets were not available I chose these instead as they also containMSM. However the pains in my hips started up again and I found the tablets very hard to swallow. My usual brand is now available so I have put an order in but I have lost money through not waiting to see if they would reappear!

I have no idea if this is good for joints as I took one then had the worst stomach cramps and diarrhoea for 12 hours after. Never again!
