Q: erm why has this got glitter in? I just applied it! I am not an 8 year old girl I am a 40 year old man!

Well I guess the answer is in the title Sunshimmer! It also says in the description that it has a slight shimmer! But hey 40 year old man be adventurous and give it a whirl you might like it! Personally I use the medium one and I am 71 - yay!

I use it nearly every day and mine has no glitter in it and would be perfectly suitable for anyone. I have the light and medium as I'm quite fair and the medium makes me look too ginger. I always put on with moisture cream and it looks very natural.

Q: Is this product not tested on animals

I am not certain but your question led me to do some research. If you put the question to Google it brings up some rather contradictory statements from Rimmel. Namely despite their strong claims against animal testing if you click on the 'more' box there is an exception they say that applies where a country's laws insist on them being tested on animals - China supposedly being one. The practice is I believe banned in Europe so I would presume that the product sold here is not tested on animals but I think you will have to try and get a definitive answer from Rimmel directly.
