Used ramps for the back garden
Perfect for our miniature Dachshund. I have two ramps, one going down and one going up step leading to the back garden. It's is a must for our Dachshund. 9 out of 10 Dachshund have spinal problems and our ramps help stop further ware and damage to his spine. It did not take him long to get used to it. It is well made and it seems to have taken the inclement weather so far.

Sturdy
I have a nearly 14 yrs. old miniature schnauzer who is deaf and unfortunately going blind, she is very well otherwise and loves a walk. I was struggling getting her in and out of the car and needed a ramp that was sturdy so she felt secure, yet not too heavy for me lift or too cumbersome to manage, I find this one ideal and in my car it just stands up resting on the back edge of the rear seat, so slides out easily and gives my dogs have maximum space.

Not long enough.
Wanted this for my Westie to get up on my bed but it's far too high for him and the sandpaper type base does not really grip, my dog nearly injured himself when one leg slipped off. This ramp really isn't suitable to be used against a sofa or bed as its really not long enough which makes it too high for my dog to walk up, certainly no good for larger dogs. The other reviews on here are all mixed and show reviews for folding ramps and steps, very confusing. It's being returned

Light and convenient.
Lovely and light. Does the job - I can use this to get my disabled German Shepherd into the car through the side door. My only reservation is that the traction on the "non-slip" sandpaper surface is not brilliant. As I support him with a belly sling this is not a huge drawback, but if you want your dog to get in and out on their own you may need to add some sort of additional non-slip strips.

A good product for dogs with mobility issues
I bought this product to help my dog get into the car as he has a medical condition. The ramp provides a non slip surface which my dog has no issues getting up even when wet. The item hooks over the door/boot frame and is relatively stable if you have it level. It is quite a big product so please check the dimensions before purchasing as you may have difficulty if your car is small. My dog, a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, loves his ramp and is always very excited to use it, so it gets a thumbs up from me

Excellent, but a bit slippery
It's excellent, put over the steps down into the garden, and was used immediately by the two dachshunds. My one criticism is that the surface is a bit slippery for them going down it even in dry weather, in spite of being covered in supposed non-slip surface. It would be greatly improved by having a few raised bars across it to stop them sliding.

This is a great sturdy item and is a great idea
This is a great sturdy item and is a great idea , my dog on the other hand will not go near it, it has a sand paper like texture (none slip) surface, like a giant emery board and my Yorkie hates it, so I will reintroduce it to him again in a year or so with a strip of carpet added to it. fingers crossed.

Does the job
Mini daxie uses it (most of the time) and loves running up and down it with toys in his mouth. Hopefully will prevent any back problems. He does love licking the sandpaper like texture on the ramp though - weird.
