Do these really promote good health and longevity...?
I started taking these after listening to a podcast by the amazing Dr David Sinclair. I am not sure if these slow the aging process down or not (I am 53) but i took them for a few months and i was fine (along with a Quercetin supplement) i have since stopped and started to get some health and physical issues (acne and the return of hard skin on my feet) could be coincidental..? Only time will tell i will be buying some more though

Seems pretty good product
Delivery fast. Opened capsules, and seems to be okay, you can clearly see the varied ingredients and the taste I think is how it should be, not great, but that's why to consume in a capsule form. Have not seen the laboratory report on the analysis of this supplememt but im assuming the purity is right. Too early to give a comprehensive review of effects but I think these are a good brand.

ingredients recommended for good health,resveratrol was also recommended for good blood sugar control.am taking in conjunction with other products.the q10 etc, are a bonus!

Very good product - excellent ingredient combination
Very good quality product with excellent ingredients. Have not been taking too long and therefore four stars until long term use can show further benefits. This is gentle on the stomach with no side effects to worry about. I also like that it has a high reservation level mixed in which make this a winning combination for me :)

Great list of ingredients
I love the lost of ingredients! I used to get most of them separately, but love that it’s now all in one pack! And it works up much cheaper then buying on their own!

Gave me intense migraine and made me feel unwell
I'm a fan of the Time brand. Bought this to take with NMN to improve the uptake of it. However, it made me feel very unwell. (I only reintroduce one new supplement at a time so can pinpoint this). I have M.E so can be super sensitive to substances and think there might be a compound theory going on. Nevertheless. I wasn't able to return this item so felt it wise to just advise others who have M.E or similar conditions about my experience.
