Fantastic game that plays quick and fun for all ages
This game exceeded my expectations. It is more difficult than I thought and for that I am very happy. The kids enjoy it and thanks to it's fast play time we can play a few rounds and their attention is not lost. We've not yet been able to win in the allotted time, and we'll keep trying with smiles on our faces. It's easy to learn and easy to teach as we've played with kids 9 + older as well as adults.

7 mins?! SEVEN??
Soooo, yeah. This game is actually pretty fun after the couple of "learning" rounds and the players are able to actually play and think (or not think) fast enough to beat a seven minute time limit as the game recommends. I've only gotten to play this with two players and our first playthrough we lost literally ONE CARD from winning after about half an hour. Second play we lost in about 90 seconds after being cornered by our card draw luck. Third we won, and we were trying to go fast, in about 15 minutes. It was still really close!Since we've still yet to win in under seven minutes. We keep playing w/o a time limit and just challenge ourselves to improve on our best victory time. We still haven't beat 10 minutes though! It does come with what are basically expansions. Several optional cards to add to the deck that are geared mostly towards increasing the challenge and one pile of merciful "free/match anything" cards to throw in if you're getting pummeled and want a better chance to actually win a game. I haven't messed around too much with these, as we've yet to legitimately "win" once having not beat seven minutes and they're still a bit confusing to me. Their concepts are interesting, but I'm not sure I feel the appeal of using them yet.I will note, as I'm writing this and contemplating my playtime, the seven minute goal is very much easier to obtain with a larger play group. The number of cards in the deck doesn't change with player count, but more players = more cards NOT in the deck which makes it that much easier to get down to the exit card at the bottom and play it to win! Not sure off top of my head how to emulate this with a two player game. Normally with 3+ players nobody can play two cards in a row, but in 2 players you can play up to two in a row. That's the only adjustment to the basic rules for 2-player and just doesn't really correct for the overall lower volume of cards with more people. Food for thought I guess... could use some better tweaking there. All told, the cards are designed well and are easy to use and follow quickly once you're adapted to them and know what you're looking for. Some still have some (as of the base game) unused graphics on them which are a bit confusing. The instructions are surprisingly well done. They're not /great/, but considering some other games I've seen these are coherent and easy enough to follow. It does feel though that some information is lacking here and there.Definitely recommend this one, especially if you have a larger group at the table who can communicate and play well together cooperatively.I wouldn't immediately recommend this for a random group of folks though... it could end up well as a means to grow said communication and cooperation skills, but could also cause folks to burn out and check out if they're not following the pace or not feeling able to play effectively.

A Fun Time
This is a decent game, similar to gameplay like Tsuro, Forbidden Island, and Forbidden Desert. Like Tsuro, the object of the game is to lay down tiles and move a game piece along the tracks you create until you reach the end. Like Forbidden Island and Forbidden Desert, you use tiles and teamwork to complete the goal of reaching the end. All of the above games are a little more strategic in gameplay than what Infernal Wagon offers. Infernal Wagon’s gameplay is simple. You lay down tiles and work with the other players to complete the track until all the cards are gone.According to the game, you have 7 minutes to complete this task. So, if you want a quick party game to play a few rounds, this would be a blast of fun. I am uncertain of how replayable this game is in one sitting session. After a few rounds, you might be ready to move onto a new game and try this one again at your next game party. My husband and I played the game a few times. We did not always make the 7-minute time crunch. I imagine if you play this game a lot and with people you work really well with, you could probably ace the 7-minute deadline. As well as making a decent party game, it could work as a travel game too, depending on the right conditions. Its package is small and will travel well. You wouldn’t be able to play it in the car, but once you reached your destination, as long as you had a table or enough floor space, you could whip out the game for a few minutes of fun. Due to the nature of laying down tiles in a haphazard fashion, a large playing space is required. Eventually, some of the tiles disappear, but for most of the game, you need a fair amount of surface space to play. The game includes a themed soundtrack that acts as a 7-minute timer. The instruction booklet included a QR scan code that is supposed to link you to the site that has this music file. I was not able to link to the site with that QR code. I received an error when I tried. Instead, I went directly to the website listed in the Instruction Manual. Some of the site is in French (I think), so it was a little difficult to figure out where to find the Mp3 file. There are three files on the website. The Bande Originale file is the 7-minute music track. The other two are shorter and are meant if you want to play the harder difficulty settings. It was a fun addition to the game and the musical score does add a sense of urgency. The music file didn’t seem to end when we played. It looped, so we weren’t exactly sure when the 7 minutes were up. There are distinct chimes near the end, so I assume that was our indicator. The art style on the tiles match the theme well and are fun to look at. The wooden game piece is well made, and the printed decal is colorful and does not look haphazard or cheap.Overall, we enjoyed the game and would play it again, just in brief play sessions.

Fun Collaborative Game
I am happy with this IELLO: Infernal Wagon. The graphics are detailed and well designed. The materials are well made and feel good quality. This is a team working game which is great for a family or group of friends. We have had a lot of fun playing this game. It reminds me of other trail card games we have played, but with a unique twist and theme. This would be an excellent gift. I recommend this IELLO: Infernal Wagon.

Sounds more fun that it is
I really wanted to like this game. I was looking for a quick reflex game that was easy to get into like 5-Minute Dungeon, and this sounded like a nice small box alternative. The artwork and quality of cards is great, and the concept pretty straight forward but it just didn't have the "zing" of 5-Minute Dungeon (plus the countdown mechanism is a youtube video which isn't so easy to follow)... more frustrating than frenetic fun I'm afraid.
