This girl is a fun combination of cute and girly but with a bit of an edge. As a black doll collector, I haven’t seen many black dolls in alternative fashion in the Barbie world. It’s nice to see that reflected for a change.She sports a fun make up look with a pink graphic liner in the shape of flames, lime eyeshadow, wispy lashes and lavender brows, and a sprinkle of freckles on the center of her face. For fashion, she wears a pink graphic hoodie with a full hood that covers her head. The graphics feature unicorns, butterflies, rainbows and other juvenile motifs. She also wears a pink/multi colored plaid skirt that features pink reflective dots for decor. The skirt is adorned with a lime green belt that sits side ways across the waste. Then, there are her knee high, hot pink boots! These are a new mold and have such a fun buckle design! I wish some of the details were painted but it’s a great statement shoe nonetheless. She also wears lots of fun accessories, various bracelets from silver plated to jelly-like colorful ones on each wrist. There’s two chokers that decorate her neck and a three band silver spiked headband that sits perfectly in her two toned hair. Her hair is in a brown hue with fuchsia steaks and two strand twists around her face. She also comes with a fun 90s silver handbag that has a cheeky green alien graphic on the front. She even comes with a cute pet panda who sports Kiss (the rock band) like prints and a cute detachable purple guitar. So many fun details to see and spot on this girl! I highly recommend her!

This doll is so cute, and I got exactly what I expected. The fabric on the shorts seems a little cheap, but the cardigan is really nice. The quality control is great--good hairline, screening on the face is good, no stray threads on the clothing, everything looks symmetrical and neat, the hairstyle was done neatly. The butterfly hair clips are actually tiny bobby pins that could be removed but are sewn in place, which is a nice detail for kids. My only complaint is that the hair came somewhat tangled and messy, but I was able to brush it out without too much fuss. If you're OK with that and you like the design, I think you'll be very satisfied with this doll.

...and that's why I bought her.She is a curvy Barbie which I didn't pay attention to when I purchased her. I mention that because, to me, it is difficult to find clothes that fit curvy Barbies. I find that it is a hit/miss and guess project when trying to find clothes to fit these dolls. To me, even when I was a kid, the fun of Barbie dolls is to dress them up.Unfortunately, what I find is a whole bunch of toy thingies that they have warnings about them for the little ones in these Barbie Extra doll packages, for example -- but little to no extra clothes. I would prefer extra outfits as opposed to the little toy ka-thingies -- the little dogs/cats, etc. Give her a couple of pairs of shoes, and a couple of outfits, and I'm there.Overall, this is a pretty doll and the one outfit she is wearing and has is nice and colorful. Her hair is long, which I love. I was not disappointed other than the lack of outfits.

Her distinctive look, hair and face paint just screamed mermaid to me, so I made her a mermaid for my underwater group that sit on a shelf looking fierce!

One of the most unique Barbie extra dolls with detailed face paint/makeup. Great feeling Saran hair. I also really like her funky accessories like her alien purse. I noticed some people got blue sunglasses but mine came with green ones that match her belt. She stands by herself too because her boots are chunky enough to balance on.

This Barbie has the softest hair of any I've ever purchased. It was a tiny bit rough out of the box, but a brush and a dip on hot water she's *perfect*. So soft and straight. I don't like the curvy style, so I rebodied her, and she's beautiful as a petite pixie with her butterflies and bright colours. I use her koala as a plushie to decorate her room.

This line has always been a step above the fashionista line. This doll in particular has a really unique face mold that is rarely used and the painting on her makeup is VERY raver girl.I think the quality of clothes is great and more consistent in colors than with previous roll outs of the extra line. The shoes are a mold that I have not seen personally and make a welcome addition to any clothes collection.Hair is nice and soft . Great buy!
