Q: I cannot open the necklace at all! :( think it is faulty?

It is quite hard to open, use a knife of something similar. Should be ok

Q: Finding it hard to open, anyone give me any tips?

To open mine I just slide my fingernail between the two halves where there is an indent at the side. Hope this helps.
