It is very hard to rate something that I have only been taking for a very short time but so far it seems to be helping my nails as they were always breaking and splitting and now they are actually growing nicely so that is a huge plus in my book. My scalp does not seem to be dry and itchy but is now softer and my hair feels silky and great. I hope it works great on my joints as I have knee problems that is the main reason I bought these pills. Taking the pill is so much nicer than the powder. I have had a hard time getting the powder to mix in my drinks no matter what I used to mix it with. With the pill I don not have to worry about that as I can just swallow the pill and be done. I have always used the powder but heard that the pill works just as good if not better. So after I have taken it for a month or so, I will have to let you know if it worked on my joints specifically my knee problems. I have tried so many powders that did not seem to work very good so I am hoping this will do wonders for my joints. I've only used it for a short time but so far it seems be helping my hair and my nails. I need to use it longer so see how it works on my joints.

It's easy on the stomach and it's easy to take. I had botox which doesn't build collagen. However, I am taking it so I can build collagen while my forehead stays still. This is my third bottle for which I take 6 per day, 3 in the morning and 3 in the evening. People are commenting on my glow and how young I look!

Helping improve on skin and hair loss, also Helping on night rest

I've used the product for 30 days now, and feel is has helped my joints, skin and hair. I haven\'t noticed a reduction in wrinkles, but understand it takes a while of continued use for supplements to show improvement. I\'m hopeful I can update in a couple of months with visibly less wrinkles!

My hair, skin, and nails are a whole lot better just taking this collagen. (My personal opinion, I recommend also taking biotin, Black seed oil, and horsetail this is what i take together they work it takes time.) My hair has come back and it's slightly thicker and less fallout.

I have been taking this product for over two months now. I have been seeing a reduction of wrinkles in my face! My nails are stronger and aren't as brittle as they used to be. I can't wait to see the results of taking this for 6 months!

Love that I can take six types of collagen in two easy pills! I am recovering from an illness that caused hair loss. Most of it had grown back, but there were some patches that would not fill in. My eyelashes were also sparse ands I had pretty much given up. At 67 I also was concerned about my artery health and wrinkles. I eat well and live a clean life, but this supplement was what I needed to kick start things. Skin is plumper (?) and I have tons of tiny new hair sprouting in the worrisome spots. I have not changed anything else in my regime but this supplement, so I am convinced it has to be addition of this collagen that has made a difference. I have not been on this product long but I am impressed with my results.

My PCP recommended that I try taking a collagen suppliment to help ease my joint pain. After 10 days I haven't noticed much of a difference. I'm hoping it will just take more time on the suppliment to start feeling less pain. I will provide an update after 30 days.
