great looking and great sounding product
was a little dubious to start with about buying these due to the low price, but as i desperately needed some new speakers i decided they would do as a stop gap till i could afford some better ones, unfortunately!!!!!!! my Technics twin chassis amp is capable to handling 4no x 180 watt speakers and i was so amazed by the quality of the sound that i am seriously considering ordering a second per to complement the ones i have just bought, i enjoy loud music and decided to turn the volume up to a level which was just a little to loud for my surroundings and wow, after adjusting my sound setting suitable for the type of music the base was crisp and clean and the high end was subtle without any hint of tinniness, in all the sound quality is more like that, that you would expect from speakers 5-6 times more expensive, the quality of the construction is also excellent, (except for the bass port at the rear, which looks cheap and tacky, but then it is at the rear of the cabinet and out of sight so totally irrelevant, had these been more expensive speakers i would have returned them for this lack of quality)As mentioned the build quality is excellent, this was however let down very slightly by a lack of finish quality, this being at the mitered joints at the corners where there were tiny gaps in the laminated covering, for the benefit of those with the same problem, just run over the gap a couple of time with a permanent black marker pen then wipe the access back of the laminated coating and you will not be able to tell the difference,in fact come to think of it, i have actually talked myself into ordering the second pair as mentioned at the start,Skytronic, Never heard of you before, BUT, thank you and will be looking for your name when purchasing other products,Update.Whilst updating my amplifier i also decided to upgrade the speaker cables to ones more capable of delivering the power from the amp to the speakers more freely. The cable supplied with the speakers was, although making the speakers sound excellent, cheap cable and does choke the power output and thus sound quality, i would strongly recommend purchasing alternate speaker cable more suitable for your amplifiers, this would normally be stated in the amplifiers manual but if not browsing the web will quickly let you now what type to get.

Definitely Value For Money
I bought these speakers in July 2023 as I needed some speakers to use on my resurrected HiFi system (Been moth-balled since mid to late 1980's) It is/was an ok but not brilliant system but I could not locate the original Mission speakers. So I bought these as stand in ones until I could find them.I can't say I was not impressed with the quality of sound output. Pushing Led Zeppelin through these speakers at the volume Led Zeppelin albums are meant to be played (probably to the annoyance of neighbours - luckily during the day there are not too many at home) was not any problem to the speakers, no distortion or lack of clarity in the mid to high ranges and the base thumped.Equally impressive was the way they handled quiet, ethereal moments like the birdsong and distant church bells on Bridget St. Johns "Ask Me No Questions" - no background speaker hiss - you just felt you could be there on that quiet summer morning.Having now found my Mission speakers I have them set up in my kitchen/diner and have kept the Fenton speakers in my living room.I'm only giving this review now 8 months later (March 2024) as I just answered an Amazon customer question on them, which reminded me that I felt that they deserved a mention. If you are looking for capable speakers at a reasonable price then do not feel scared to try these. They are not claiming to be the worlds best but they are good.

Very good Fenton speakers
Well i got my Fenton speakers (100.200) yesterday and i would just like to say that i am very happy with them plus they was well packed and no damage when they arrived, these replaced my old Sony speakers that i had for about 16 years, i was not sure to buy these new speakers but then it was my birthday so i treated my self and i am glad i did, they not only sound good but they look good too, i have played al sorts of music last night to give them a test and i could not find any problems with them at all, so five stars all a round.

Best buy I've ever made..............
AS an old git I've had plenty of speakers over the years from the cheap and nasty to over 1000 quid. These speakers for 125 quid are outstanding value for money........... The build quality from the Fenton factory is as good as any speakers I've owned over the years, arrived to me in perfect condition thanks to great packaging. They sound bloody good too.......... Fenton know how to make great speakers at a great price too. To say I'm well pleased is an understatement, they look good, are easy to drive and I'm reliving all my old records, CD's and tapes.................... It's an exciting time, thank you Fenton.
