Very happy with my decision to buy a refurbished one. 16GB and 512gb memory for just over £1000 and with about a year of apple care? Too good of a deal.Excellent condition and really fast for my use. And battery is as good as you'd expect from Mac Pros.Had a noticeable scratch at the back which I've already forgotten about after putting the case on. The screen hinge a tad loose than new ones.Happy customer!

Very bad service
Very bad service. The product has uncountable scratches and a clear crack/bend on the edge. Doesn't even met the basic quality of the item which I bought it from excellent catagory

I'm really chuffed with this laptop, it works like brand new and as my first ever MacBook, I couldn't be more pleased! I mainly bought this to start DJing because I knew it would be reliable and handle the processing with ease. 5/5 would strongly recommend

I ordered a 13-inch MacBook Pro (M1) on Thursday, and it arrived on Friday.When I saw the box labeled “MacBook Air,” my heart sank, thinking there had been a mix-up. Fortunately, it was just a packaging mistake—the laptop inside was exactly what I ordered.For a second-hand device, the MacBook Pro is in excellent condition. There’s a small scratch on the front, but it’s nothing I can’t live with.The battery health is at 91%, which is impressive for a 4-year-old machine.Overall, a very solid purchase!

For refurbished this is pristine! Love this laptop it's blazing fast. Even though it's a 2020 model this will last me the next 10 years easily.

Just didn’t work at all
Just received this item and it wouldn’t turn on. I’ve tried all recommend methods but nothing at all so I’m sending it straight back to the seller and hopefully it’ll will be refunded. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I’d still like to get one of these but that will all depend on how the return process goes.

Couldn’t be happier with this laptop. Only thing I had to do was to reinstall the OS as there was an admin user and I couldn’t delete it.No chips, cracks, or scratches, looks greatly
