Q: Is this suitable for vegans ?

I'm not sure, but if you go on the Stila website,as part of the product information on this item, there is an ingredient list you can look at and check.

Q: I have just brought this but it seems so hard already? What brush did everyone use and can I soften the gel at all?

I just bought a pack of eyeliner brushes (unbranded). It looks hard but when you dip the brush in it’s super soft.

Q: Can it be used for eyebrows

I've not tried it on eyebrows, but it is very long lasting on eyelids! Would probably be ok due to its staying power.

Q: Can this be used on the waterline, lower eyelid?

Oooh. I’m not entirely sure I’d trust a gel eyeliner on the actual waterline but should be good for just below. If you’re looking for something for the waterline, I’d just go with a eyeliner pencil :)
