Since the frequent use of this is all over the house. Like at the recliner or the toilet or bed it needs to be able to move around easily. The position of these wheels are poorly designed and you have to tilt the whole apparatus down very close to the floor so that it rolls without catching the edge of disk on your floor or carpet. If that were solved it would be a 5 star

This works great and the therapy ladies think that this was a better device of the two available. The wheels are too small and require you to tip it way down to keep the disk from hitting the floor.I solved the problem by buying a pair of 5-inch wheels and redrilling the mounting brackets to raise the wheel bolts enough for them to be a 1/4 inch above the floor when standing. This allows the disk to stay above the floor without having to bend way down to move the turner. One other problem I had was that the spacer between the base plate and the turning disk was too small and caused the disk to drag while turning. I removed the bottom disk and put a shim under the spacer so the turner moves smoothly.
