Hi, The Neutral Binder is not a leather cleaner. The Neutral Binder is a strong binder which stabilizes the surface of the leather without making it too stiff. It is used for damages to the leather surface where it has become brittle and needs smoothing down prior to repair. It will not affect the color, but depending on the damaged area, you might need to re-touch the color with our leather Fresh Dye. Please private message us for more information. Best regards.
