My daughter's cat has to use this one, as the person whom the cat came from had a flea collar on the kitten and it made it worse. I heat them up in the palm of my hand so when I do apply the pipette it's not going to be cold on hitting the skin above the neck. I find it's easier to apply if cat is sleeping /relaxed.
