Excellent value
I read that it was noisy, it is a little noisy but not excessively, keeps things cold as required. Haven’t tried the heater, that’s an added bonus. The lid can be fully removed if a good clean is required. A couple of things initially irritated me in the design, but it’s difficult to see how they can be rectified. The handle has to laid flat to the front to unlock the lid. This slightly blocks the lift handle. When transporting in the back of the car using the 12v adapter again you cannot fold the handle flat in the lock position as the power cables are in the way. It’s a very, very small “fault” that is no great problem. The lid is secure enough in the unlocked position. The carry handle also seems up to the job. It’s an excellent bit of kit.

Would highly recommend, really happy with this product
Over the moon with this product. It was the first time I had brought an electric cool box and I had done my research before. Even looked into buying one from halfords, but the price really put me off..especially when we only needed it for a couple days camping. But when I saw this and the price it was perfect. Really good value for money. Done the job. Had no problems with it. Great size to fit your milk, eggs, ham cheese ect in. Would highly recommend

Happy customer
I bought this to use in my lorry at work. It worked very well and kept everything really cold, even on a hot day and in direct sunlight. I had only used this for two days before the hot/cold switch broke and got stuck in the hot position.Having read the review's I was prepared for a long drawn out argument to get my money back. That didn't happen. I emailed late on a Friday evening. I received a response the following Monday and a new cooler was delivered on the Wednesday. All in all I am pleased with the product and the customer service was spot on.

Product great, Supplier awful.
Product worked for the first weekend and was great. Cooled down and kept food fresh and chill for the entire weekend. Very roomy, was very pleased with the purchase. Unfortunately, by the second weekend, It had stopped working on the AC power. That's alright, there's always going to be a 'wrong one' slip through quality control, this is my turn to get it. Sent a message to the supplier saying "Broken, please replace, no biggie". Had a message back asking if the unit worked on DC power? Ok, irrelevant wether it works on DC or not, it still dosen't work on the AC, but I checked it and it did work on DC so sent them a message back saying so. Also repeating that the unit still didn't work on DC and could they replace it? Since then, the silence has been deafening. Three weeks later with no further communication from the company (Despite numerous messages from me), I've finally given up with them and asked for a refund. Wish me luck.... In summary, If the unit had worked as advertised, I'd have been very happy with it. The company that supplied it? Run away, avoid, have nothing to do with them, find alternate suppliers, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!

Good size but sharp edges
The collar around the box is sharp on every edge (not corner) which is a bit concerning. Other than that, great for the money and looks a decent quality

Keep it Cool
Delivered promptly and used last weekend when the weather was hot, well hot for the UK! Cooler was excellent, had it running in the car driving to the campsite, hooked up on site and ran it continuously for 4 days and it kept everything within nice and cool. Was large enough for the essentials, bacon, sausages, soft drinks, butter and bottled drinks etc., friends on site also used it for some of their stuff. Fan was surprisingly quiet, you can hear it running at night but not enough for it to disturb your sleep...would definitely recommend this product.

Good spacious coolbox
This is a good-sized coolbox weighing roughly 3.5Kg or half a stone empty.. It is designed to be kept upright, I think. It can hold only one 2-litre bottle [there is one cylindrical recess hole inside the lid where the top neck of the bottle would fit], plus three 1.5 litre bottles [if positioned to avoid the motor mouldings of the lid], plus a further five 1-litre bottles. Enough for the thirstiest of us, I think! OR it can just about manage ten 1-litre bottles. The lid remains attached in the closed and fully-open positions but readily detaches in the in-between position which might be useful on a picnic?Like other coolboxes I expect, it is very slow to get contents cold. As a trial I left a bottle of water in it over night with the box plugged in and it was cool in the morning. I would suggest cooling items in the fridge and then the plugged-in coolbox should be able to maintain that coldness. The two different leads look to be generic and readily replaceable if necessary. [A previous buy by another make proved to have a bespoke lead that was horrendously hard to find and expensive to replace after the original lead developed a problem. In the end we had to chuck the whole thing!]Something that I would consider a slight design flaw is that the lead plugs into the lid exactly where you would want the closed handle to go. It means the handle remains not fully down while the fan is running. Not a big problem since the lid itself is firmly shut, but there is a chance of thwacking the lead absent-mindedly with the handle. And of course this is no problem at all when the lead is removed and the coolbox is taken down to the beach or wherever. My intended use for this is to have it plugged in in our campervan and space means it needs to be on its side rather than upright. That makes storing larger bottles a bit trickier - they'd need to be on a diagonal - and the lid comes off a bit too readily in the half-open position. But I'm sure we can cope and I recognise that most people won't be using it in that way.
