Does not support Hikvision VDP fully!
The media could not be loaded. Hello! I could get some time to check the working of this Oldarc Rim Lock Supply (VDP + Remote) today only! BUT sorry to inform you that it doesn’t work with Hikvision VDP properly! There is no option to cut the call to stop the ringing of the bell from VDP. Although by the remote, you can open the door BUT door bell keep ringing until you don’t go personally upto the VDP to take the call! So what is the purpose of opening the door while door bell still ringing???So, this product is useless for me and want to retun it!

DO NOT BUY
Missed the return deadline due to non availability of technician. The day it got installed, the lock was opening from remote only and not from Video door phone. Approached Amazon and they asked to contact seller. Seller suggested some troubleshooting steps which were performed but the lock still did not opened from VDP. Asked Seller for the refund to which he offered replacement. But on insisting he agreed for partial refund. Had to bear the return cost for courier and the deduction by seller. Overall, wasted my time, money and energy.Not recommended. Better to buy from local vendor.
