Me doctor told me my Homocysteine was too low, and told me to take B6 Folic Acid. I told him I was taking it - a LOT of it. He said my brand must not be working; he said to try this one. I took it and this brand, and my Homocysteine dropped in the next bloodtest.

So far so good! Taking these each night for help with morning sickness. They seem to help in combo with the original unisom tabs.

Ok, I guess. But I was taking it for a week or two before I realized I was sent the plain folic acid without B6 and B12. both versions look almost identical.

This will expire before the bottle is even half way finished and I cannot return.

This product has regular folate and Methylfolate, which compete with each other.l Regular folate blocks the methyfolate (the active form) and can cause problems. Choose a methylfolate which is by itself, not a mixture of folates. Would not take methylfolate with any vitamin product like a multi-vitamin with regular folate in it either because if you have MTHFR (Methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase deficiency, the regular non-active folate may block the active form and then you have just bought something that is doing you no good.
