Like wearing specs!
I recently had a radical prostatectomy and although I have been doing pelvic floor muscle exercises I still need continence assistance. Having bought the Dribblestop, I feel totally liberated. The inventor deserves a knighthood in my opinion. The device is really easy to wear, causes no chafing or other problems, and I have just gone through airport security twice without detection, so no worries there! I really don't notice I'm wearing it, although obviously you do need to get the adjustment right. Once that's done you hardly need to alter it ( but it's very easy to do). I don't wear it at night as when in a horizontal position there is no bladder pressure to worry about, but I have been wearing it all day. The only thing to remember is to use the wc fairly often. It's a two handed operation, one to click "open the tap" so to speak, the other to direct the aim! All perfectly easy. Not wanting to build up bladder pressure I try to go every couple of hours or so, whether I feel the need or not (and it's usually not). I regard it as being a bit like wearing specs- it becomes part of the daily routine. And actually it helps when doing the pelvic floor exercises. A great product and well worth the cost, particularly once you find that you hardly need to buy lots of incontinence pads etc- I use one just for peace of mind- maybe just one level 2 pad a day, and one at night.

It was recommended by my urologist so bought the item
Purchasers need to be told that as with most of the human body there are different sizes etc. It was recommended by my urologist so boughtthe item. Sure it will stop dribbles as it stores it up in the ureatha until you released the clip. However I can best describe it as it does not necessarily fit all men as all men are not the same. It is very uncomfortable for me and pinches into the loose skin so that after a very short time I have to release the clip. Have tried various settings without sucess. Very expensive item for what it is.release it. I have tried all different settings without success.

Painful!
Wearing this is painful it stops the dripping but catches in underwear and after a few hours is very painful. I would return but have used the Clamps for a few days don't think I can.

A very useful gadget
I became incontinent 15 years after prostatectomy, following an operation to remove a stone from my bladder. This stretched the one remaining sphincter beyond help, except by an operation, which, at 86, I am not too keen to have. This Dribblestop has really helped. Instead of four or five big pads a day, and all the problems of that when away from home, I can use this gadget with a small light pad, and just have a pee when convenient (but best not to leave it more than say two hours). The instructions are easy to follow. If you set it up using the inside notch, you can saw the outer notch off with a hacksaw to reduce the overall width a bit.Clean it with water every night. Give your penis a rest at night. Be careful not to adjust it too tight. Drink plenty of water, and "never pass a toilet when travelling".

This has changed my life π
I'm over the moon with this product, after 6 years of putting up with all the inconvenience! This actually works, ok its not cheap, but I know from experience how expensive the initial costs of producing such an item is, hopefully the price will come down in the future, if you are restricted in what you can do due to incontinence, go for it, after a day or so of setting it up I found it's really good, one pad a day now instead of up to six and I can go on long walks now where's as I wouldn't have entertained this before.

It has changed my life
After nearly 6 years of post prostate removal incontinence and using up to 5 pads a day I bought this and gave it a try. First of all it works, I only need one pad a day even when I am active and sometimes there is no leak at all. Second as I have got used to using it I have found the setting and position that it is comfortable in, this took some practice and adjustment plus the memory foam seems to bed in and fit better after a few days. The position on the penis and the way you stretch the skin all makes a difference and if you get it wrong or don't find the right spot it can be uncomfortable you also need to be fastidious about cleanliness, I would not want to wear it 24 hours a day but I would urge anyone to give it a try. It is not expensive when you consider using over 2 pads a day and the convenience of not having to carry spare pads and disposing of the used ones makes it well worth the effort of getting the fitting right. It has changed my life for the better.

Very much size dependent
When first worn perfect very happy then memory foam meant a different size to stop leakage , struggling either too tight or accept leakage. Itβs hit and miss as no doubt itβs perfect for a number of people. Expensive for what it is
