Bought initially to secure new washing line onto poles/hooks - rather than tying in multiple knots.Worked a treat, and great value; they are a little rough on the edge, but if used outdoors don't be tempted to try to file this down, as the galvanizing will be removed, and they will rust.Handy to have for other clamping uses.Can't comment on the longer-term, but hopefully they don't rust, and last as long as the lines do.

Did the job and for the price can't moan that couple have rusted fairly quickly.

I have just finished a 10m x 2 support for a grape vine and used these at various places to tighten wires. Although the small nuts were tricky to tighten at first, once I learned the approach, they are ideal for the purpose, simple to use and look and feel substantial. A good purchase. Recommended.

Did exactly what I needed them for, I had a 2mm rope wire and this was perfect for it and better price then I had seen anywhere. Was unsure if I would be able to tighten them down as they say they are for 3mm but as I doubled them up to form a loop, it worked out as I'd hoped

These are really useful and excellent value. I have used some to secure 3mm PVC coated steel wire which I use with my cable weights system. They hold the cable securely. Delivery was prompt and efficient.

There were only 8 in the packet and I needed the 10 as described.

What can I say, they are a well known product and appear to be of good quality
