The world of LEGO City
.On receipt of this LEGO City Fire 60110: Fire station, we wanted to start building it as soon as possible. This set has a nice bit of detailing. The main firehouse and the larger of the two garages are good. That said the Fire engine and the height of the platform are done very well too. Not keen on too many stickers and that thankfully is the case in point here in this set. This is a Lego set that it is super easy to build, and we found that the vehicles took longer to build than the buildings. We wanted to build this as a family project and we were just surprised by all the intricate details and moving parts that were involved. we found that this set is pretty good set to build as a collaboration. There is an excellent choice of Lego parts, one or two of which we have not seen before. The set contains around 919 pieces. There is an agreeable selection of mini figures and a rather fetching rendition of a Dalmation dog. The Hot Dog stand is a real gem with all detailed accessories.Unfortunately, there are a couple niggles with this set. The smaller of the two garages is not as accommodating as it should be, which in tail means the fire truck is a tight fit, and it is all too easy to damage the structure when trying to move the vehicle in and out. Alas, it is almost impossible to fit a driver inside the fire truck without removing the top. This was a great addition to the rest of his Lego City collection!.
