This is a great soup on its own or for using in recipes.

As we don’t seem to buy French onion soup these days, I bought this as part of a recipe. Neither did it taste as good it certainly isn’t a substitute for the real deal.

One word for the Lipton Soup Company is that you should be selling this product in stores in the UK. I ordered this soup mix becaause they do not sell this product in the UK, we looked everywhere. We purchased this product because of the onion dip factor and also because I make a mean Chicken and Rice dinner and needed the soup mix to cover the top of the chicken before baking it in the oven. English Onoin type Soup Mix doesn't have the same taste as the Liptons mix. The soup mix was received fast and in excellent condition from the Royal Mail. The English relatives were amazed at how good the dip and chicken tasted with the Lipton onion mix added. It was a little pricy compared to the stateside price but well worth the extra when thats all you have. Thanks Amazon for being there.

Great dip, so hard to get hold off in England

I have a Liptons recipe book circa 1969 from Canada and it has my favourite recipe in it but Have only just worked out how to get the Lipton Onion mix to make it - Epic
