Great product, bought this for a self defence class I’ve started recently and couldn’t recommend enough! Very comfortable, easy to assemble and doesn’t rub or dig in!

I had been searching for a proficient groin guard for women for a while and had struggled. However, after an intensive google search I found this one. When it arrived I did initially think that it was too tiny to help, however, after using it this weekend, fighting in Krav Maga for 3 hrs, I can honestly say that this groin guard is excellent! It may be small but is mighty and I felt no pain. Compared with other women’s groin guards, this not only took the impact of a man kicking me but also it didn’t dig in to my legs, or move during three hours. It has really surprised me. For sizing.. I am a size 6-8 and weigh 7.5 stone.

Does the job effectively

This is a really effective and lightweight groin guard. Comfy to wear. Can kick without it shifting. Certainly gives great protection too!

I just realised I had this guard for 5 years - so thought it deserves a review!It still looks completely intact - the guard, the straps, everything is in top form!I train 3 times a week, teach another three times, this guard got me through a few instructor courses, seminars and newbies kicking me for the first time in their life (part of the course, so literally talking about 2000+ people by this time).I'm really impressed, it's really subtle, can wear it under leggings, can wear it over leggings with an extra pair of shorts to cover them, would seriously recommend it. I just purchased the new version with the air holes in them for ventilation and hygiene, hopefully, this new design also takes punishment just as well.

Would love some advice. All the reviews state how comfortable this is and that it protects well from kicks. I'm finding it really digs in during groundwork and really hurts when I'm kicked. Its the edges of it that seem to really dig in on impact. Does anyone have any tips?

I practise Japanese Jujitsu and train twice per week and I'm quite a large lady (size 18/20). I was a tad sceptical when I first purchased this as I was convinced that it'd be painful and dig in or get in the way when I was doing throws or being thrown but I'm pleased to say that my initial scepticism was unfounded. I find it to be comfortable and I don't really notice that I'm wearing it. It does not restrict movement, nor does it cause any discomfort or pain even when I'm rolling around on the floor grappling. Other reviewers have said they struggled to put it together but there are instructions provided and you can also find videos on YouTube telling you how to put it together if you're really struggling. I'd recommend it.

Best ladies' groin guard out there. As a Krav Maga practitioner, this gives the much needed protection especially when doing ground fighting. It's a lot sturdier than it looks and feels. BUT the elastic comes undone form time to time so you need to make sure you get those knots really done up well. Also it only covers the groin so no pelvic protection which some of the other Krav Maga protection provides.
