I had to much static occurring while I was on my walking pad and working on my computer, my monitor would go black due to the static. I bought this, I wear the wristband and attached the end to my laptop stand (metal) and it works perfectly! 10/10 so happy this fixed my issue!

I use this every time I work on a PC for an extended period of time, I know some people that never use these and have never had an issue. But I play it safe and use it, especially when I am dealing with £1,000+ graphics cards, for a couple of pounds you can save yourself from an issue. The strap is a little on the small side for me, as sometimes it can feel tight, but overall a good and easy strap to use.

A good item that will do what is expected and protect your electronics when you are working on them. The croc clip is removable which leaves a plug in connector which I expected would fit into 1 of the adaptors that fit into your plug socket to provide a grounding point, it will but not as expected, the item "Anti Static ESD Grounding Plug, UK 1x10mm Stud" is such an adaptor but now I have one I can see it normally uses a push fastener to connect it to your strap. your strap will fit into the centre but it is a tight fit and it will only go in a small amount so there is a chance that it could come out if you are not careful although it is a tight fit. The strap is well worth the money and a recommended item.

It appears to work, I guess - I have handled a few delicate electrical components (including PC innards) after "grounding" myself with this. No static discharges that I've noticed, and everything I've handled still works, so I guess this is working!!!! Good for the price.

Did the job it was made for, but the materials are not the best.I found it easy to wear and manage throughout tinkering with my computer, my only gripe is that the elastic wristband is somewhat 'sharp'. It left me with scratches all over my wrist and got very uncomfortable after wearing for more than 30 minutes. For the price paid however i didn't really expect comfort and luxury so wasn't annoyed to any extent.It's worth picking one up if you're doing any computer tinkering, but don't expect anything special, it simply does the job.

Very good could be a bit longer , but does what it’s supposed to and easy to use

It is properly grounded through a 10meg resistor and will work as intended.The alligator clip is detachable with a banana plug inside and the strap is detachable and long enough but not great flexibility
