GREAT VALUE THERMAL PRINTER
It works as it should, perfect for what I need it for, I keep it on my desk and keep the USB plugged into my computer at all times. Theres no delay between clicking print on my PC and it actually printing, got a stack of 4x6 labels and had to adjust the fill size slightly so it prints on the full surface of the sticker but thats no big deal at all, only small complaint is I feel sometimes it does not print as "dark as it should" but other than you cant beat the value for your money, IF YOU PLAN TO USE IT FOR THE APPLICATION IT IS MEANT FOR, ignore the bad reviews of people who bought this not realizing it will work for their current application.

Very disappointing
The device holds a lot of promise, and fails to deliver on most of them. The printer does recognize label perforations, but that's about it. It does not differentiate to the driver any distinction between label sizes, so you're going to have to work out in mm the size of the page and the offsets. As for the drivers themselves, I tried using this with a Mac and Chromebook. With the Chromebook, the printer would only sometimes respond to a new page command, other times it would not react at all. While there's an option to get logs, the logs were 4 bytes long and effectively useless. Complicating matters is that since the printer doesn't clearly communicate it's sizes, getting Google Docs to recognize it is also a challenge. (Not that it matters, since the printer fails to print.)On the mac, after several installation attempts, i was able to sort of get it to print something, but it only worked once and then I was back to being unable to print. I'll also note that the printer loves to spit out empty labels. Also, the manual is a bit odd. The thermal element is on the top part of the printer, so the label medium needs to be facing up. I'm sure if I spent a few days fiddling with things I could probably get this to do a passable job, but I'm horrified by what sort of instruction tome I'd need to offer family members who want to use it.

Chromebook Set Up Needs Better Instructions
Setting it up on chromebook was a little frustrating but I figured it out.For anyone struggling: download the chromebook extension from the offnova download website, then ignore the manual and troubleshooting: they're useless for chromebooks. Instead scroll down on the offnova website to the faq on that page and look for the youtube link about setting up the chromebook extension. Once I found that video it was simple, I don't understand why they didn't link it in the manual or troubleshooting pdfs.I've only printed a sample but it's very high quality and I'm pleased with it. If I have any further issues once I really start using it I'll come back and update.

Would buy again
This is worked absolutely beautifully has saved lots of money by not needing ink it does the job I mean it takes a minute to figure it out but once you do it works great perfect every time wish they had a little better instructions but all in all it's pretty easy to figure out

Use YouTube & Canva and you’ll be golden
The printer itself is very efficient- it works quickly and prints well. See photo for reference, but it even prints super tiny font clearly! Sometimes the first label will print a little off (I use small 2” roll labels, probably not as much of an issue for a 4x6 shipping label). I needed to watch the YouTube videos about how to set a new paper size in the printer settings so I could print 2x2 round and 2.25x1.25 roll labels. Once I figured that out and learned that you can make a label template on Canva to fit oddly sized labels, I had my system nailed down and everything has been running smoothly! I like the printer, but 4 stars because it was a pain to figure out how to use it especially since the instructions pretty much only cover how to connect and turn it on which is the most self-explanatory part.

Game changer. Looks cute too.
This an absolute game changer! So glad I invested in a thermal printer for my shipping labels.I've only had this teal baby for a couple of hours, but I am loving it already. I was quite hesitant to purchase this cute little printer because there were some negative reviews with people complaining that it was so difficult to set up or to get it print the labels. I'm in my fifties and have had little to no issues, though there are a few things to consider, so perhaps this will help someone.First off, I have a PC, and the driver installation was a piece of cake - download, install, approve through firewall, done. The instructions for MAC seemed to be a bit more involved and described more steps, so I cannot comment on that.I'm printing labels through ebay, and it is there that you have to adjust the label size. It's on the page where you purchase your shipping label; on the 2nd page "Ship Your Order" you can adjust the label size on the right hand side, bottom "print format" - change it to 4x6. That's all. Also, make sure the label is not upside down in the printer feed, that can be easy to miss if the backing doesn't have any writing on it, otherwise it'll spit out blank labels.Overall I found this to be a breeze to set up and get printing. It's already a massive timesaver for me and will cut postal office trips and standing forever in line.
