Really solid for CAD/CAM work
Solid card for CAD/CAM work. As some know, various CAD/CAM software will not even try to utilize 3d functions or compute functions off of Geforce cards. Unless it's a quadro, they don't even try to start using it. So, you need a quadro. The A4000 is a good startinig point. More recently we've switched over to the 5000 series, but our interns are still all on the 4000 and we're still deploying several.

Recommended for SolidWorks
The RTX A4000 is a good choice for a hardware certified graphics card for use with SolidWorks. Although it is not the quickest card available, it has a somewhat reasonable price tag and will easily handle assemblies with thousands of objects without any delays or glitches. Drivers seem to be very solid with no issues so far to report with SW 2023 Professional. Works great, even with my older PCI Express 3.0 x16 motherboard (Intel Z170 based).I have also used this with DaVinci Resolve. Although professional cards are not required for this, it is solid although not as fast as a gaming card for the same money.Recommended for anyone looking for an professional video card at a reasonable price.

You need a 6 pin power supply for this product
It works after much consternation. Six pin power supply cord not included. Works only in PCIEX 16 (G4)_1 slot on Motherboard-Not the G%
W**.
No power cable.
Had to order the Riser power cable separately. Other than that, the card appears to be in great condition.
