Great for the price
I bought this about a month ago to pair with my FEStool ct15 as a daily auto body paint prep sander. I have been really happy with the performance so far. I took a risk when I ordered this as I didn't know if I would be able to use it with my dust extractor but with the small adapter they send it fits almost perfect. The pad it comes with has holes that line up with my 3m sand paper. I run it on a 5 power level and it has held up to at least 30 minutes plus of continuous use without over heating in the summer weather as my shop doesn't have A/C in the paint department. Having used a mirka sander this I a bit bulkier but not so much to make it unusable plus I found the mirka to heat up more. Overall happy especially for the price I was able to get it for.

Great sander for at home use
If you’re looking for a 6” sander to use at home, this is it. Great quality, not that heavy to handle, and has plenty of power. The only complaint that I have is the vacuum, it’s not very strong at all but I tend to clean the garage fully before I spray anyways so it’s not too big of an issue.

Pioneer works has proven to be trustworthy to deal with.
Pioneer Works Has set up a delivery of a replacement sander for my sander that was not preforming as it should. I had a few issues, but they are willing to correct the problem. Makes me feel much better about the 18-month warranty that it comes with. The item started to fail 3 days of use I replaced the Foam / Pad head because the foam rubber fell apart.Next the Bearings in the head became loose after 10 hours of use and i desired to get help because it has 18-month Warranty. The phone number for the company listed on Amazon is for an art Gallery in Brookline NY and the website is the same. So, no one to help with Warranty and Amazon is not being any help but did offer a refund. Honestly, I need the sander. I have been disconnected 4 times now talking to Amazon customer support and tech support. The seller of the product (pioneer works) reached out to me and resolved my issues.THANK YOU, PIONEER WORKS,I like the sander I and have a boat to finish.

Could be great
I'm disappointed in this sander. The good: low profile, manageable vibration, decent cord length, good ergos. The bad: dust extraction is non-existent, dust port too close to body for good hose attachment. This sander could be much better if they fixed the dust extraction. I read other reviews about this problem but thought I could deal with it. Ive been sanding above my head and I have to fully suit up including goggles and respirator and I'm still filthy. If I knew it would be this bad I would have passed.
