Case Files Critical Care, Second Edition 2nd Edition

Great informational book!

I like the cases. Wasn't exactly what I wanted for my students but I'll make it work

I'm confused. The picture of the book cover says "60 cases" but the book I received says "42 cases". Also, the pages in the descriptions noted as 544 versus the actual book that is 523 pages. Did I get the book I ordered or another version of it?
