This is lacking in some of the competition, and it allows for easy expansion of the storage for games, movies, music, etc.Cons:Styling and color combinations may not be for everyone. However, you can always wrap the device to make it look exactly like you want.Battery Life is just ok. This is expected even with the larger battery pack since if you are gaming at 28W, you will blow through the battery. However, for most games, the sweet spot is 18W and 800p, and in return, you can have great gaming sessions for nearly four solid hours on battery.ConclusionOverall I would give this device a 9.5 out of 10. The overall package is excellent in terms of power and screen size. This handheld device was made to be played with FPS type of games. The D-pad is pretty good. Not perfect, but still very good. I have found no issue with it while gaming. The screen impresses me every time I pick up this handheld. It’s very sharp, and the colors look great. But the best part is the 8-inch size makes the gaming experience indeed next-level and immersive. For the on-the-go, it’s truly amazing to play with. I am glad I took a leap of faith and tried the AOKZOE A1. So far, it has genuinely impressed me way beyond my expectations. I happily recommend this handheld to anyone on the market for the VERY Best! It will cost a pretty penny, but it’s worth it, in my opinion.

This product was brought to replace my steam deck. But after two day of using it, it failed.While playing destiny 2, aokzoe a1 just powerred off. So when I booted it back up, I got that error message on the screen. Support is nonexistent, they’ll refer you to Microsoft, which Microsoft will then send you back and your trap in an endless circle.I’m so glad I brought this on Amazon versus directly from the makers because if the customer support is this bad. I would’ve never got a refund and I would’ve been stuck with a 1400+ paper weight.It is a good product so I have no real negative other than the fan is super loud. Sounds like it’s raining lol. But that a minor issue for me. Just wish they had better support.

The device was okay overall but upon returning it within the return window I received a restocking fee with no warning/notice. Thought I should warn any potential buyers out there.

Performance is great, running indie games at full resolution and even brand new AAA games at lower graphical settings, all at 60fps.So far I've played High on Life, Fifa 22, Need for Speed Unbound and a boatload of indie and older (or less demanding games) such as Pentiment, Neon White, Strange Brigade and Overwatch and everything has run just great at 60fps. Have tried PS2 and SNES emulation and it's great, works as expected.Screen is excellent, build quality feels good and performance is top notch. The fan gets a little loud at 28W, but that's expected since the 6800u needs a lot of cooling when running at full performance. For indie games I set the TDP to 10W and the fan to its lowest and it's quite enough to play in bed with my wife sleeping next to me.I had a problem with the right analog stick getting stuck, but a little bit of silicone spray sorted that out. Seller also made good on their customs declaration, as seen in their FAQ, thanks AOKZOE!

This is a very nice, well made device. It is a perfect size with a vibrant screen. It feels much lighter than one would imagine making it easy for longer portable sessions. Just waiting for then to release the official dock on Amazon. My only complaint which is minor, is that the claimed micro sd card reader speed does not reach 300mb/s. It caps off at just under 100 which works fine for storing gaming and playing them off the card. I can confirm this because the same 1tb Sandisk card I'm using reached 185mb/s read speeds in my GPD Win 3.

Good PC with some small issues. This can run all of my AAA games without any problems. However, the touch screen sometimes can be unresponsive, and the left thumbstick gets stuck from time to time. Overall it's good but too big for my hands, I needed something I could travel with, you can't put this in your pocket.

I've been trying to contact the seller through Amazon for 2 days and I can't. I have a product under warranty, which is showing a serious defect due to the swollen battery, which poses a risk to the user and I cannot contact the company.

While I love the power of the device. the command center stopped working and had to get a replacement I loved it and compared to my steam deck it’s great although steam deck has more quick play games and the AOK ZOE has some bugs that need to be ironed out in order to play. I would not recommend for those new to PC gaming; yet while those issues exist look forward to how the company progresses it is my favorite bed time device while the steam deck is my couch device. Again we’ll done and if you know the quirks it definitely out performs the steam deck albeit at the same resolution not it’s native one. Also the device has better temps too and less crashes in god of war 2018 when compared to the steam deck.
