These are great, exactly as expected. They are, simply, plastic combs. They're flexible and light.One of the pics is already showing a bending tooth after using it twice. So, I might not recommend them all as combs. But I intend to use them in the pouring acrylic technique to make "art", and I foresee no problems with them for that application.

I liked the thickness of the combs and the variety to choose from.These combs were used by senior citizens in the nursing home to create designs on the paper with a variety of paints.

I can use these on shorter and slightly wavy hair of my boyfriend, some detangling, but on my 4C curls not so much.

A wide variety of combs for the price. The plastic seems a bit flimsy though.

THESE ARE SO FLIMSY THEY ARE BARELY USABLE. THE WHOLE SET IS RIDICULOUS. THE LARGER STRONG COMB THAT WAS ADDED IS A WEAPON, NOT A COMB! AND CERTAINLY NOT FLIMSY BUT ALSO USELESS

There were 12 combs in the order—2 of each kind. There are picks, fine and broad tooth combs, fine tooth combs with tails, teasing combs for curly hair—a comb for every need!

I have a couple of wooden combs I love, but I always have plastic combs laid out for use. In this household, we’ve used them for years. This is a fabulous package of combs because there’s one for just about anything one could need a comb for. Most are heavy-duty plastic, while others are fairly lightweight.There are two entirely separate, complete sets: one in black, the other in a tortoise-shell color. There are twelve combs: 2 dual-sided tearing combs, 2 wide-tooth combs, 2 pick combs, 2 rat tail combs, 2 pitchfork combs, and 2 all-purpose ones. I especially like the large saw-toothed / wide-tooth combs as they are so durable and useful. A great value for under $15 because there’s a styling comb for everyone.

I expected these combs to be made of a stiff, hard plastic, and was pleasantly surprised to find that, although sturdy, the tines of the combs are a bit flexible. On sensitive scalps, especially the elderly, small children, and those with thinning hair, this is a nice benefit. It's satisfying to be able to comb and style hair without having to worry about causing pain from a stiff, rough comb. This package comes with two 6 piece sets of combs that are identical except for color. One set is black and the other is a golden amber color. This set of combs covers a wide variety of needs, and I enjoy the versatility I have with these two 6 piece sets. I consider these a good value and also very giftable, especially for professional stylists.
