MoKo Case for Fire HD 10 Tablet (7th and 9th Generation, 2017 and 2019 Release) 10" - Slim Folding Stand Cover with Auto Wake/Sleep for 10.1 Inch Tablet, Black

This is the second cover I have purchased for my Kindle from this company. The first one lasted more than 5 years - and I use my Kindle every day, showing excellent durability. The new one is exactly like the original, so I expect it to be just as good.

Exactly what I hoped I had purchased. I might have done better with the Case+Keyboard of course, however this is a tablet on a very tightly managed Amazon OS (cannot download but a list of programs, etc.). Because of that, I would never expect this tablet to be able to install and run/be used like a laptop on-the-fly. And the Case+Keyboard, though very nice, was if I recall three times the very reasonable price of this MoKo Case for All-New Amazon Fire HD 10 Tablet (7th Generation and 9th Generation, 2017 and 2019... in BLACK.For the very generous price, its extraordinary light weight (to me), and despite light weight it seems very sturdy and will last a good while, and this was a stellar delivery time, item is 5 stars.One caution, and almost N/A: Everything is a trade off - sturdy in build means depth, but narrow in build means it will fit stands (not be too thick to sit on a stand, when open). Low-cost stands generally are narrow where the tablet sits in them, or they don't mention the depth. I purchased a $5 stand, it is fine if I use this tablet no-case, but with the case on my tablet the thickness is unable to fit in the narrow spot the stand provides. Nothing can be done with the case in this regard - "Sturdy" is much better than not, and this case is. I am happy to read a little more next time I may purchase a tablet stand, in exchange for having a tablet cover that will last some time and still look and feel great. For the cost, very happy.

This case is a larger version of the one I have for my smaller original Kindle Fire. The one thing I miss about both is that neither have a way to stand or hold the Kindle vertically, only horizontally. The cases only have a stand that works in the horizontal position. They each have a strap used to keep the case closed, when needed, and they have a strap for your hand to stabilize it when holding the Kindle horizontallyOn this particular case, I found it difficult to access the mini-SD card slot with the case on. I finally was able to open the slot and get the card out and reinsert it later, but it was a challenge. And it's not easy getting the Kindle out of the case once it's in, so I didn't try.Otherwise, it's a durable, nice looking case, and the "kick-stand" works great for horizontal positioning on a surface

Couldn't find a case like the original one, so I tried this one. Worked perfectly. Glad I tried it.

Overall a great product. The case seems sturdy enough and has survived a 3 ft drop (which I can't say for my Samsung case). Holes are in all the necessary places, even the microphone.Pros: The magnetic screen cover shuts the device off and turns it on without fail every time. The stitches seem to be made out of a plastic or nylon type material, which means they are durable and not likely to come out. Also has a nice hand strap built into the screen cover to make it easier to hold on to.Cons: The screen cover is a bit cumbersome when open and behind the device (ie sticks out a bit past the width of the rest of the case). This makes it slightly uncomfortable to hold as it narutally wants to extend out and lay flat against the back. Also the felt like material on the screen cover is a dust and debris magnet especially when sitting on surfaces (as the cover doesn't make direct contact with the screen it's not a big deal just leads to quicker than average cleanings). The flap on the back of the case that allows the cover to become a stand seems rather flimsy. While it hasn't broken yet I expect it's only a matter of time before it does (it gets permanently bent at a 45° angle after a couple of uses.

I LOVE this holder. It is sturdy, props easily and holds my tablet in place safely and securely. I use my tablet everyday and I have had it in this holder since Christmas 2020 and it still looks new and does it's job. There are so many flimsy ones out there and they are not worth it, you will be disappointed as they are just cardboard. I couldn't be without this for my tablet, I bought the black one, it has nice stitching around it and a super sturdy notch that fits perfectly to prop it up for hours. If it ever gets too old, I'm buying this again.

I previously bought one of these for my HD 8 and was impressed at the workmanship, fit and utility. So I bought one for my new HD 10. The new one has the same workmanship, fit and utility I liked in the first one. The pluses are that the stand is stable and sturdy, the elastic loop on the side for a stylus is a nice touch, and the elastic strap on the back. The HD 8 case is holding up well (purchased 8 months ago) and shows no signs of wear and I assume the HD 10 case will be the same. I have bought the Kindle cases for my other two Kindles and was not as pleased with the quality and utility as I am with the MoKo cases. Best of all, the MoKo cases are about half the price of the Kindle branded cases.

The durability,design. This is the best. When needed I will order again. Thank you.
