Q: What would be best to put on a stand in kitchen or in bath upstairs for the washing and spinning? As it i was told it needs to be up high?

Either kitchen or bathroom is good, the only important note is that the waste water pipe is low down on the floor, therefore the drain must be at that level or lower. I have my tub on the floor in the kitchen and I just run the pipe out the kitchen door into the waste drain. I have extended the pipe with a bit of fish tank piping. and it works a charm. Great machine. Light, but works very well, so easy to move when empty.

Q: Machine won't start wash

The markers may be a tad difficult to see, but ensure that it is set on wash mode, then turn wash timer dial clockwise to start wash. If this doesn't work, make sure you haven't overloaded the machine, as this may be preventing the machine from working. If still, not working, check the fuse in the plug. Otherwise I'm out of ideas, and you'd need to contact the seller for a refund/exchange.

Q: How to connect the hose for water intake ? Any special requirements?

The hose that comes for the water inlet is fairly short, so you may initially find it useless. I ended up using a bucket on the first couple of washes. The solution I found was to find a "threaded 3/4 or 1/2 inch garden hose tap connector" they have many available on Amazon, as long as you have one of those, you can use either the hose that comes with it, or a variety of others to connect the inlet, and it is far more convenient that way. The machine really is pretty great once you've got it setup and working right.

Q: Does the outlet pipe go over you sink

Hi so this need’s gravity to help it drain. So the pipe on the side had to be face if downward or at least flat for it to properly drain out. So mine’s currently in my bath / shower so it can drain down the plug hole for now until I can build a suitable stand as when it’s on spin it fast so shakes about so wouldn’t recommend putting this on a table without it being secure then you can drain into a large bucket or tub
