We were delighted to find this soup mix available on Amazon.We have a Polish restaurant near our home that has pickle soup as an occasional special, so we've come to enjoy it. While this soup is different than the one we get at our favorite Polish restaurant, we enjoy it nevertheless. The restaurant soup is creamy; this is a clearer broth without cream.For folks new to this delicacy, this is a mild flavor. Again, as a point of comparison, the restaurant soup is definitely pickle forward. This has a nice taste of pickle, but isn't that strong.Our main tips are:First, the instructions are in Polish on this packet, but it's easy to make. You can figure it out from the sketches in the instructions.Each packet, however, only makes 200ml, which is less than 1 standard cup.For my wife and I each to enjoy a "cup" of soup with our meal, we had to use 2 packets.We actually made our soup in a 4-cup graduated Pyrex measuring cup, which was super convenient because we dropped in the dried powder, poured in our total of 400ml of boiling water and then stirred and let it steep a bit. Then it was easy to pour out of the measuring cup into our "cups" for serving.We're happy to give this 5 stars.

This is the first time I have tried pickle soup and I have to say it is delicious.... with just perfect amount of dill . I love this soup and will definitely buy it again and again. Yum

I've been a huge dill pickle fan for as long as I can remember. I never even knew dill pickle soup was an actual thing until I came across these amazing packets of soup. Knorr is a great brand and the variety of Polish soup packets are amazing. I wish the U.S. would be more down with this. All we get in the grocery store in regards to instant soup are just creamy or "normal" chicken noodle. Waaaaay more better flavors out there.

I’ve been ordering pickle soup in Polish restaurants over the years and when I saw these, I was thrilled! Unfortunately, these didn’t have a great taste. The packets had little bits of carrot and some dill. I guess for dried soup I shouldn’t have expected restaurant style quality, but sadly, I won’t be buying them again.

Light and filling. Loved it.
