Came open and missing packets.
Came to me open and missing packets which I wasn’t thrilled about considering how much costs. Customer service gave me a salty response but did refund me. Tasted terrible and I love all things lemon and lime usually.

Love the lime!!!!
I have no clue why everyone is complaining about the flavor. It’s not too sweet or artificial tasting like most electrolyte powders and you can add as much water as you like to make it stronger/ not as strong. I add a packet to a water bottle and it’s great. You can add your own lime in it if you want. I will keep purchasing these because the ingredients are good and the taste is just right for me.

UNDRINKABLE
I’ve been a big electrolyte fan and have tried many brands. Now that I’m pregnant I figured I’d try out Needed. YUCK! I’ve never tasted a grosser electrolyte, I tried to get through it twice and couldn't. I dunno what they are putting in here but it’s not right. Unfortunately it’s not elidable for a return/refund. Super expensive and I’m super bummed it’s going to go to waste and I wasted my money. DO NOT GET THIS, get LMNT - way better taste, pregnant women drink that too.

Good low/no sugar option
We live in a tropical environment and really need to keep up with hydration, so I've tried/used a LOT of different hydration powders, and this is a pretty solid low/no sugar option. Here are my impressions of the ones I've tried:• Liquid IV: good hydration, but way, waaaaaay, WAAAAAAy too sweet for me• IQmix: i like the adaptogens and feels good, but taste is not great and texture can be gritty• LMNT: one of my favorites, great flavors, but sooo much sodium, not sure it's good for me to take long term (im not an athlete, just a mom who sits most of the day)• ultima - bleh, dont like the flavor or texture• nuun (U Natural) - really don't like the oily-ness of it• nectar - i reviewed it here: https://www.amazon.com/gp/customer-reviews/R1ZT9MSY5J9A8/ref=cm_cr_getr_d_rvw_ttl?ie=UTF8&ASIN=B09BD8GZ8L• DayLyte/Hi-Lyte Electrolyte Drops - unflavored/unsweetened and make your water taste "soft" and kind of salty. Since it alters the taste of plain water in a way I don't love, I'd rather have some extra flavor too.• NEEDED - Pretty good. I got it in both grapefruit and lime and like both flavors. It doesn't leave a lot of gritty powder at the bottom of the cup like nectar, but has some small sticky clumps. Feels pretty good hydration-wise.So yeah, I've tried a lot and my favorites are LMNT, IQmix, and Needed (in that order), however by the end of the bag/box I'm over them. I think the key for me is to switch up which ones I use, and Needed is a good one to add to the mix.
