At first it was kind of sharp...
But once I figured out that the pointy end went in the screw head I did okay with it. Who on earth would invent one of these things and not include instructions???

The tip is not magnetic
The screwdriver itself is fine, but should not be advertised as magnetic. It is not, unless I got a defective one. I really needed the long screwdriver for some work I was doing, and couldn't be bothered with sending it back, but I do wish the tip was magnetic as advertised.

Not magnetic.
The screwdriver feels cheaply made and is NOT magnetic. The tip is painted black to resemble protective coating. If all you need is a long, skinny screwdriver then it's OK.
