SO USEFUL - GOOD INVESTMENT
This gives great coping tips and examples that if you practice even a few it will change your mindset and help with negative thinking and anxious actions. The card quality is strong and durable and I suggest this deck to others in my family and clients. This can be used in classrooms and workplaces etc to enhance coping and have better interpersonal relationships and interactions.

Wonderful game of DBT skills!
I love this game. We played it with youth during downtime at a residential mental health facility that I worked at, and it was a fun way to reinforce skills. But it’s definitely more fun than I just made it sound, it’s also just a great little healthy, positive game. I loved it so much that I bought it for myself at home!

Great Game to Reinforce DBT Skills
Works well as a group therapy game. Works as a creative individual session intervention. Useful to reinforce and review Marsha Linehan DBT skill concepts.

Super Cool and Fun Learning Tool
My clients had complained that they were bored with learning DBT from worksheets. This game has saved the day, and will be played every Friday from this point forward. It is an excellent way to learn to skills and encourages clients to think about applying the skills to a situation. They had fun, so it was a great treat for depressed people. Thank you!

Game for Psych Unit
I bought this game to play on an inpatient psychiatric unit. While some of the “Conflict Cards” need to be slightly modified to be appropriate, the patients have a great time and learn valuable skills at the same time.

modern playful take on serious and important skills
I love card decks, playing cards, tarot, games. The illustrations in this deck are modern and fresh, and therefore feel less clinical that other DBT decks out there. The material is straightforward DBT. I don't imagine I'll actually play this as a game, but will use the cards as reminders of the skills and when to use them, or to meditate on.

Fun Therapy Game
My clients love this game. It’s fun and creates insight. The more the barrier. It’s a good family therapy game, and conversation starter. Both adults and children enjoy this game.

A must for DBTers
Dialectical Behavior Therapy has been life giving and this card set is a great way to review and practice skills. It's aesthetically pleasing and would be a great way to teach, learn, and practice the skills either alone, one-on-one, or in a group. As a total psych nerd I think these are tons of fun and so cute
