I hurt my hand at work amd i have used these as therapy and its been awesome. I have longer fingers than most women and they are just right for me. They are about the size of an egg. Feel like jelly but very firm.

I slipped and shattered my left wrist and needed surgery to install a plate and screws to hold everything together. Since PT was an utter failure for me after knee replacement (they did more damage than good) I told the surgeon I was not going to go to PT for my wrist. I did the exercises they recommended and then bought this set of stress relief balls and used them several times daily to help strengthen my wrist and hand. They worked beautifully and I have full use of the hand.

Husband with some hand nerve damage, these are perfect for his exercises.

we were at the medical supply place and they had one for $8! my little girl loved it and I got it for her bday. she Is obsessed with these and wanted another one so I looked on here and found this 5 pack for a great price! she loves them! plays with them in the bathtub she has made beds for them. fun to play with but good for anxiety

These eggs each come in different colors with different amounts of tension in them from very pliable to very firm. Squeezing them is a great way to exercise the muscles in the hands. No weird smells.

I think the egg shaped stress-ball is cute and the different colors are fun however I was a bit disappointed with the flexibility of the balls. They are rather stiff and don't have as much give as I was expecting. Now maybe that was the intent but I was hoping for something that was a bit more "squishy" andnhad some.give to it. Good value for the price but I wouldn't buy again.

I bout them for a friends elderly mother, she broke her shoulder and I thought using these would help reduce any atrophy associated with the sling and motion restrictions, they worked out amazing and she has very little muscle loss due to the use of these.

To hard to squeeze I trashed them.
