It works for dry lips and cuticles and skin that gets dry.
I will never be without Chap Sticks... I have them in my home, in my truck, and in my purse and bathroom. I live in the AZ desert, and it gets dry, and my lips can get sore, but as long as I use chapstick instead of lipstick, or under lipstick, I have no problems here in AZ.

great moisturiser for lips
my lips are ultra dry which spreads to outside of the lips sometimes. This is the only lip balm which gives a relief , rest all dry up pretty fast.
