It's pretty easy to get used to after the first time using it with good fit and easy adjustment due to it using velcro - the nice kind, so it's also comfortable and doesn't catch on other things. Whenever my foot acts up, just a night of using it helps to relieve pain and stiffness and reduce foot drop. Ace has always been a solid brand for wraps and other items from them.

This didn’t work while sleeping for me as it is. I wrapped an ace bandage loosely to hold my foot in better and worked as intended. I would wear normally when relaxing watching TV or reading. It is easy to put on and I still think it’s a good value. Others have no problem with it I may just toss too much when sleeping.

I bought this to replace one of the boot style braces (which worked but I kept taking off in my sleep) and after using this for a month I can confirm that it's way better because I can actually sleep with it.First off for fair disclosure, the cons. It doesn't stretch my foot/calf out as much as the boot and really is about a 90° angle at best. I had to move the foot strap further in to feel like the ball of my foot was secure, and my feet aren't small (women's 10). The ankle strap always wants to slide down but tightening it more just gets uncomfortable, so it's there but doesn't feel like my leg is as secured to the plastic part.That said, here are the pros. First off, it's more comfortable and feels lower profile than others I've tried, so I can actually sleep in it. And even if my foot isn't at as much of an angle as it could it, it's still definitely working because my plantar fasciitis has gotten way better in the month I've been using it (I've been stretching some but definitely not enough, and I notice the difference if I don't wear it).So overall, there may be better options but it works well enough that I'm happy with it.

This might work for someone with smaller feet. I am women's size 10. It is comfortable compared to other ones, but it doesn't pull my foot back enough and it falls of easily in bed.

It won't suit a wide range of leg sizes. I should've tried it first wearing a sock. I tried it on barefoot so my conscience held me from returning it. It was hard to balance the fit. Snug it with your leg, the foot part would be wrong, follow your foot, the leg part won't suit. It might fit certain legs but not all. It's not a one size fits all. I bought it because I thought the rigid part would really keep my foot at the right angle, in theory maybe, but it didn't fit me. Disappointed.

This product is well made but does not stay on no matter how much I adjust it or how tight I make it. Very disappointed!

Over the years my husband has spent hundreds of dollars on custom-made supports for his dropped foot. Most of these were bulky and uncomfortable for him. This support gives him just enough help with walking without being cumbersome. He uses the blue Velcro around his upper ankle to keep it in place. To avoid any chafing, he wears a liner sock underneath the support and a regular sock over it.Inexpensive solution that is comfortable and effective.

Was having a problem with my heel hyperextending it at work this thing works I would and will highly recommend this product
