My daughter was so excited to get this diary. However, the lock broke the first time we unlocked it. So my daughter is super disappointed because it is just a notebook now instead of a locking diary. ***Update*** I wrote the seller and they sent me a lock free of charge! Very responsive customer service!

Great gift!
I got this for my 7 year old daughters birthday as she had been asking for a journal with the little keys, and it is perfect! Well made and beautiful. She loves it.

It's a great product. Your child will love it.*Tip* Add a small key chain to the 1st key, and give to child, and keep the 2nd key yourself, parent. If the 1st key gets lost, use the 2nd key to unlock the Diary, then keep unlocked permanently. Just a suggestion.

Really cute for Unicorn lovers!
My 6 yr old daughter loves this diary. A lot of pages for her to write her daily events.What’s difficult for her is the lock. It has only a small opening, once it unlocks. So she often thinks it either isn’t open, or she needs help opening. I’m a little worried about the longevity of this lock. It’s very thin plastic, and seems it could break easy. But it hasn’t yet. And she’s used it daily for 2 weeks.Other than that~ this is a loved gift by [email protected]

Nice book, but lock keeps coming a part
This little diary is nice. My only complaint is the quality of the lock. The whole U part keeps coming all the way out when daughter uses key. I am able to put it back together (so far), but it's annoying.

I actually bought two of thIs unicorn diary. One I got for myself because I've always kept a diary as long as I can remember. The other one is a birthday present for the little girl I babysit which I'll be giving her May of this year. It's thick and it has a lot of pages. I'm glad it comes with two keys for the lock that comes with the diary as well. I was very pleased at work quickly it arrived.

bought for my 8yr old niece, she adores it, her mom picked up one of the more complicated ones that open with the voice and she immediately locked herself out of it lol so analog was the way to go, totally reccomend this for a child
