Good size for small fish tank, great water retention, love the color, easy to clean, made well.

Neat Pots discourage bulldogs
Why do bulldogs stick their noses in potting soil and lick it and huff at it? Maybe it smells good but it makes a mess on the floor. So I put these attractive shinny rocks in the two pots they like. They are no longer interested in the pots and the pots do look better.

Perfect for aquarium
I decided to use these rocks for my aquarium. I wanted something that looked a little nicer than regular gravel. This was perfect. Some reviews mentioned it made the water cloudy. I rinsed it like with all gravel and didn’t have any issues. It looks way nicer than regular gravel. The only downside was it was a little pricey and I ended up using regular gravel beneath it

Very small bag, but they look great!
Upgrading my new tank and started cycling and aquascaping it. Honestly the bag was very small but luckily it was slightly enough for a portion I needed. For reference I have a 10 gallon tank. 12.5Lx12.5xW.

Black ones are sized correctly, shiny and smooth
Black ones are as described. Avoid white ones as they are the wrong size.

SO dirty! Hope I didn’t kill my fish!!!
I understand these are rocks and I fully intended to give them a good washing before I put them in my Betta tank. What I did not expect, was to have to wash them (no joke) 10-12 times and STILL have the water looking like watered down milk (I bought two 5 pound bags, so you can imagine how long this took doing one batch at a time). I read other reviews from other people on other stone products that said that they had to wash them repeatedly to get the dust off, which is fine, but they also complained that the residue made the water foggy and ended up killing their fish.I sincerely thought I had cleaned them sufficiently, but as soon as I put my fish in, after about an hour, I noticed it was getting foggy.I don’t want to traumatize my fish by putting him in and out of the tank, but I am going to completely clean out the tank and replace these stones with glass rocks instead. BIG waste of money and DO NOT recommend!Truly hoping I didn’t just kill my little guy….
