8 out of 10 seem good so far
I had all 10 installed as part of a larger system.All seemed to work fine the first day, the next day one of the encoders did not work any more but its button did.The next day a different encoder was working but its button did not work any more.A little disappointed.

Caps do not fit on shaft
These knobs are great, but the caps that I received do not fit on the shafts (well, technically, it is a press fit. You get them on by hammering, but you can't get them off without destroying the part). I've ordered these before and the shafts were ridged, as shown in the picture, and they worked well.

Great quality. Were not cheaply made. Ive been using them constantly for about a week now and they are great. Zero issues.
