Not the best, not the worst
Been using this from the 14th to the 26th. The pills are on the large size, but easy enough to swallow. I found they weren't as effective as I'd have liked, as they ended up making me severely bloated. I tried taking them both on their own and with food, but it didn't seem to really benefit me at all. On the whole, I can't say if they were too effective as I haven't really noticed any change, if at all other than the bloating. So instead, I've gone back to Wellguard Vitaflora, as I know those tablets are incredible, even if they are a little expensive. So if you find these do nothing for you, try the Vitaflora!

I take one capsule half way through eating a meal usually breakfastTiny capsules ,easy to swallow .My lady garden has never felt as good as it does in many many years.Try it for yourself ,its like gold dust and worth every single penny.I'm post menopausal and had so many issues ,thrush,bv,dryness, sore , all gone ,its a miracle.It stops ✋️ all the side effects you get in the lady garden from anti biotics too.I did stop them when finished the bottle and all the problems came back within days.I'd recommend to take them every day of your life to stop all unwanted symptoms us ladies have to struggle with.
