I have been using this charger for three months now and it has worked well. As the instructions say, you must use a 15W or higher charging block. If the power source is less, the charging will be sporadic and slow. The light will glow a solid red if you are only charging your watch. If you are charging your phone the light with turn a solid blue. If the lights are flashing your charging is having a problem connecting to your devices. This happened when I was using a USB port that was on my wall outlet. Once I switched to a 20W charging block, it worked flawlessly. I even used it in Europe on 220V power. Please note that your charging block is dual voltage, if you are going to use it overseas. I highly recommend this product.

incredibly useful for traveling. My wife and I both use one for our iPhone and Apple Watch. We travel with it as well as using it home. You need a MagSafe for the back of your phone for best results

Update- This company reached out to me and very generously sent us a replacement. This new one seems to be working well so far. My only complaint would still be that the phone must be centered directly in the middle of pad. If it gets bumped off at all, no charging. So, I gave them more stars for having good customer service.I got this for my daughter to eliminate the mess of cords she usually has. The phone charger would only work if the phone was perfectly centered and then just stopped working after about a month. Next to go was the watch charger. Just doesn’t seem to be of good quality.

With the 3in1 wireless charger I don’t need to bring three charging cables anymore! My watch, AirPod and phone can be charged at the same time while the station is so small and easy to fit in my purse. Love it

I would give it zero stars if I could. Stopped working in 2 weeks. Junk.

I absolutely love this charging pad, it looks sleek and actually charges reliably and the night light is perfect. However, if you sleep in the pitch darkness, you might not like this particular one. When not charging, there is multiple red lights and when charging there is a bright blinking blue light that lights up my entire room. Its not an issue enough for me not to love it, but when I sleep I do need to cover it with a towel or something.Update: the charging has become a lot less consistent and its now a 50/50 shot of if it will charge my phone throughout the night after 1 month or so of use which is unfortunate for me because I love it but it lost a star for me.
