Pair it with a good 30w charger and it works great!
I use the np2 air with a good 30w usb-c charger and a quality cable and it works great! It’s small enough to pack and take with your gear. App works fine on iPhone 14. It connected right away and quickly updated the firmware before the first use.

Stopped working after the 1st charge
Was able to charge the battery once, however after the initial charge the app is unable to connect to the charger . The charger also refuses to charge the battery ( No charging light appears while charging the battery ). Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, no luck. Customer Service appears to be non existent. The lack of customer service makes you wonder if you should buy any of their other products

Worked great for 5-6 months, warranty looks like it requires sending to CN
Got it for faster usb-c charging than 5v usb-a/b. It works in that regard. Unfortunately it didn't last more than 5-6 months and the warranty looks difficult to deal with (requires sending the unit at your own expense to china). Not sure if I will go through with this or order another brand, need to contact seller

Wildly inaccurate charge info and ultimately a bit gimmicky
First problem is that the charging information is wildly unreliable. For example, I was just charging a genuine Sony FZ100 battery and the app tells me it's at 90% (I tend not to fully charge batteries to extend their lifespan a bit), but according to the camera it was actually at 82%. So I put it back in the charger and it now confirms it's at 82%, despite one minute earlier telling me it was 90%. So I wait until the app tells me it's at 94% and now according to the camera it's actually at 100%. Erm, OK. And this is with the latest firmware installed for the NP2. I generally trust the camera's battery information more than a third party charger's.Second problem is the app, which really offers very little in the way of useful features like reliable alarms or charge thresholds and has a tendency to freeze if you leave the charger details page open. I have to tap a few times to back out to the charger overview page and then go back in to the battery details to actually see the updated charge percentage of the batteries. Hence the only alarm it offers (fully charged) usually doesn't go off at all. A third, related, problem is that the BT signal seems weak, without the normal range I'd expect a bluetooth device to have. I have to almost be in line of sight in the same room for the app to update the charging info at all.Despite the footprint of the charger being relatively small it's also a lot thicker than most other USB chargers so is really not any more travel friendly than alternatives from the like of ISDT or Nitecore. Ultimately I feel like this is a gimmicky solution in search of a problem, but one that could be greatly improved with a more feature-rich app that offers more than just the same limited information you'd get from the LCD readout of a regular charger.Meanwhile I'll continue to take my very slim, easy-to-stash Nitecore charger (USN4 Pro) with me on trips and keep this one for home use only. As my rating suggests, it's an OK charger but not great, let down by a bare bones and unreliable app that promises so much but delivers very little.

Easy and does the job
Nice way to charge extra batteries. It doesn’t break the bank and has a cool app to monitor the progress.

Totally unnecessary and delightful
I've been using this for a few months now and as a huge nerd and a photographer it's been a delight. I also have it connected to the isdt power 200, both of which sync to the phone via the isdt app, allowing me to monitor all my charging from away from my desk! The only downside is the lack of display on the device itself. When I first bought it it wouldn't charge all the way to 100%, but since then several firmware updates have been pushed to it (yeah, seriously!) and now it works like a dream!

Quit working
I had used this only a few times and as I was about to go out uptown on a trip I wanted to charge the batteries the night before, and when I put the batteries in it simply quit working. I could not get the lights to come on. I tried Barry's configurations using a USB port and also my solar generator. It is now dead in the water, and I have not heard from the manufacture at this point I'm pretty disappointed.

The best charger I've used!
This is probably the best multi charger I've used for my A7iii, and it comes with an app that gives you info about your batteries.
