Easy Mixing, Top Quality
I'm making a mold of a table top I made and underestimated how much silicone for this even tho I did the math. A little short, so mix up some more. Actually do that again! Just a little more. I had enough time to mix up 2 more pours before it started to set. This is because it mixes up quickly and easy. No worry about bubbles, it degasses it self, and this is about 1.5" deep. I had some leaks, quickly just stuff paper towels, not a great idea haha. Prep your mold BEFORE and double check. At least it's easier to clean up than resin.The silicone is strong, flexible but not super elastic, just good enough generally. It's good for molding solid, substantial items. You'd probably want a softer silicone for jewelry and delicate casting. This is a medium dense silicone.

This was kind of a mess
I've used silicones before but I have to say this one gave me the most difficulty. Even when set it still felt wet and I used it on two two separate occasions for mold making. In the end nothing useful was produced. It also has a strong odor that's very unpleasant.

Works great in a pinch!
I buy tons of silicone on Amazon and the brands I used to use were out of stock so I thought I'd give this one a try because I was on a time crunch for a project. This silicone was super easy to mix, wasn't very thick, and best of all it cured super fast, roughly 2 hours in a room that's 78 degrees. The mold picked up tiny details and was super flexible, I think I will be using this silicone brand from now on. I also didn't have to use a degassing chamber nor did I have to brush on silicone, the viscosity was pretty low so bubbles rose quickly, though I didn't see many bubbles when I was mixing but I also mix slowly.
