Not bad but not great.
I bought this for my kids 9th birthday. Most of it was good, quality not the best (card stock items) but got the job done. However the 4four balloons( 2 tanks and 2 jets) were defective and wouldn’t inflate.

Smelly, balloons don't inflate
Smelled absolutely foul like pure toxic chemicals. Balloons smell so bad we didn't even want to blow them up. Tank balloons wouldn't inflate even with the attachment.

Great set for the price!
All was great! The tank balloons didn’t fill well with helium and they floated upside down. Everything else was prefect! For the price and only having issues with two balloons it was a great purchase! My birthday boy was tickled with his army themed birthday party.

The tanks and the jets don't self seal. Also has strong chemical smell.
