I was not sure how this was going to turn out but I am very happy with it. There are a lot of world maps made of wood and the prices vary a lot. This turned out to be very nice. It was cut very well. I like the different height in the layers, it makes it more 3D. It does not really come with anything to mark where you have been. It has small plastic targets? and check marks. They looked cheesy. Since it is made with, I think, millamean??, tacks would not go through it very well so I bought rhinestone stickers and each family member has their own color. So I actually like it better than just flag pins or something similar, it turned out more personalized with the rhinestones. I was also unsure about how difficult it was going to be to get it up on the wall, and it was not bad. I marked out the 2xl square size, they had two pattern pieces that you taped in the opposite corners, then you slowly build from there. It took awhile, but mostly because the sticky pads they provided were hard to peel off, but they stick very well! The smaller islands, instead of using the provided sticky pads, I used a double sided tape runner. Everything is holding great! The only bad, since it is a faux wood type material, my son drug something across it by accident and it did scratch it. I used a marker and covered it up and you can't notice it. I would definitely buy it again! Great quality for the price.

This far exceeded my expections! Its hard to scale the size of it from the photos, but that is a 13.5' long wall. I went with the XXL. It completely tranformed my black boring wall, into functional art piece. Going to Explore the World with our new born one day. Educational value there as well. Set up was fun. One complaint was we ran out of double sided tape strips. Frustrating needed to run to lowes mid project, but no big deal. Abaolutely love this! Im sending photos essentially bragging this is in my house! Cool factor 😎 ✅️

This is great. It was fun to put up. Looks fantastic. Clear instructions. Thank god for the map included or I would have been lost. I will say that to put this up you will need a magnifying glass to read some of the country names on the pieces and a good pair of scissors and tweezers to get the tape small enough and get the pieces in the correct position. Also bring your patience. I would not recommend putting this up with a partner unless you really like each other. Also would not recommend cocktails while installing.

Looks great, very accurate and detailed, interesting for all of our guests. The size was as expected. Its better to glue it to a frame rather than glue it directly to the dry wall because the glue is very strong that will damage the dry well if you try to undo it. The glue is big for some part that you need to cut it into small pieces to fit the small pieces of map, and its hard to cut! Overall, perfect gift!

The media could not be loaded. Super nice wall decor map. It is not wooden but looks like and the finishes are quite nice also. Very detailed, you have to be gentle and patient to put it together. Observation, they should add more of the double tape. The tiny pieces like the islands and the other animals I glued them with my own material. Looks great, 100% recommended!

This is a terrible product, incredibly cheap. Do not buy! This is a waste of money, it is worth it to spend a little more to get a better product. I wasted $120+ buying this. It started falling apart within a couple weeks of hanging on the wall. Not just falling off the wall, but the pieces they glued together to make the map look 3D all came apart and the map is now useless due to the amount of pieces that have broken just by hanging on the wall.

Was a great project. Took about three hours either one friend Christmas Eve, then about another hour with another friend Christmas Day. I drew three horizontal lines and three vertical lines sides top bottom and center. It would be nice to have more marking pieces for places been, to go, and family. I would like the other dead and oceans too

Pieces missing unfortunately, or they are just not labeled. Some islands are missing or were too small to be labeled and were mixed in with scrap pieces. Good quality, not to difficult to put together, the road map for installing it, covers lots of the names with big red numbers telling you where to put it, which just makes it a guessing game for a lot of the islands, even more difficult when they are missing. Cool product, using it for a RISK style board game! Very unique and useful in that way!
